Spa Policy
Arrival
Arrive at least a minimum 15 minutes prior to check in time.
Your late arrival will determine the length of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest may begin as scheduled.
If you are running late a phone call is always appreciated. If we can reschedule your appointment to accommodate you, we are happy to assist. However, If our full schedule at the spa prevents us from rescheduling then your treatment time will "start" as previously scheduled and end as scheduled.
Pregnant Women
You may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure and treatments involving heat. Please inform our receptionists upon scheduling your appointment that you are pregnant so that we may provide pregnancy pillows for your comfort.
Menstrual Cycle
Any health concerns should be addressed prior to your treatments.
Preparation for Spa Visit
Please do not bring valuables to the spa.
This is your treatment; communicate with the staff regarding room temperature, pressure, technique etc.
